Mandatory Documents
· Passport: Original Passport with 1 blank page and valid for minimum six months at time of travel.Old passport if any.First and last page of data pages
· Visa Application Form: To be filled by blue pen only.should not be printed back to back.Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
· Coloured Photograph: 2 recent photographs ( 4 x 4 cm) front facing and white background
· Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper..The letter must be signed by the person in charge, notarized and translated into Spanish
· Invitation Letter: From the invitee/host/relative stating the purpose of stay and duration.
· Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
· Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
· Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 3 years
· If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
· If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
· Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
