          Mandatory Documents

·         Passport: Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages

·         Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)

·         Coloured Photograph: Photo to be uploaded on the online application form , Photo should be in 6000 X 6000 Pixels ( Max size 6 MB ) in JPG, PNG or BMP format.

·         Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

·         Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

·         Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation

·         Travel Insurance: Should be valid for travel

·         Financial Document: Evidence of Sufficient funds
