Visa Details

      Processing Time : 30 - 40 Working days

     Mandatory Documents

·         Passport: copy of all data pages.Old passport if any.Valid passport having validity of 6 months from the date of travel

·         Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form

·         Family Information Form

·         Coloured Photograph: scanned photograph required in JPEG format

·         Cover Letter: From the applicant on the Plain paper stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant.

·         Financial Document: Copy of bank statement for last 6 months.Income tax return for last 3 years .Bank statement should have stamp and sign on every page.

·         If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

·         If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company

·         Note: 1. Cover letter and Invitation letter should be addressed to -The Visa Officer, The Canadian high commission, New Delhi. 2 . Soft copies required of all documents
