 Mandatory Documents

• Passport: Original passport having validity of 6 months.

• Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)

• Coloured Photograph: 3 Passport size colour photo (35x45 mm) with white background

• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

• Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

• Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign

• If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
