 Mandatory Documents

• Passport: First and last page of data pages.Old passport if any.Original Passport valid or 3 months from the date of travel

• Visa Application Form: Online filled visa application form

• Coloured Photograph: 1 recent photo (3 X 3 cm size, colored with white background with no spectacles) scanned in JPG format

• Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.

• Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

• Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation

• Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign

• Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
