1. Original Passport (with 10-year validity) with at least 6 months validity from the date of returning with Old Passport if renewed.
2. 3 Passport size photographs (of 35 X 45 mm with white Background on Glossy finish paper & 80% face area) Please make sure your teeth are not visible. If you wear eyeglasses, please removed eyeglasses while getting the picture clicked. Embassies usually reject photographs of subjects wearing lenses.
3. Cover letter from the ‘main applicant’ or the person incurring journey expenses explaining the reason of travel. (Cover letter should be in Digital and Drafted format along with applicant sign).
4. Duly filled Application form 14A and signed by all passenger(s).
5. Confirm Ticket onward and return and Hotel Vouchers if booked by customer on his own.
6. Duly filled Authorization Letter and signed by all passenger(s).
7. Duly filled Visa Data Form and signed by all passenger(s).
8. Copy of Any 2 Employment/work proof i.e. Appointment letter/Offer Letter and last 3 month's Salary slips or NOC from Employer/Office Id card/Experience letter.
9. Last 6 months Bank Statement original with sealed & signed from bank authority closing balance INR. 70,000/- P.P should be available.
10. Guests are required to cross sign on the photograph that has been pasted, both on the page and where it has been stuck.
Note The normal processing time for Singapore is around 10-12 working days.
